This past April I purchased my first Vette. Thanks to all of you, I was able to do 90% of the repairs myself. It was a pretty cherry Vette, and it sold right away (after I got past letting it go). Unfortunately, I couldn't get past the jarring ride quality, and rattling plastics, it overshadowed all the positives. My previous cars all had sports suspensions, so I'm used to a rougher ride. The C4 is a beautiful car, classic design, L98 was enough power for me, Targa, etc. It was a tough decision, and then I was going to replace it with a mint 84'.
Long story short, I went back to BMW, it's just a better fit for me. I have a sports suspension, open-air, and manual gearbox, I'm good!
